Job Summary

This Associate Director Finance Business Partner role is a key position within the BPA Product Supply National Team, focusing on the production site in Idar-Oberstein. You will be responsible for managing financial reporting, planning, and forecasting for various functional areas. A core component of the role involves acting as a strategic Business Partner, developing financial solutions, challenging projects, and ensuring robust business cases and investment proposals are prepared to support decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating monthly and annual financial closings, performing detailed variance analyses, ensuring strict SOX compliance, and liaising with external auditors. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Business Administration or a related field, possesses several years of controlling experience, ideally in an international manufacturing setting, and demonstrates fluency in both German and English.
