Job Summary

This role centers on optimizing digital systems within the Center for Enablement (C4E) Experience Management (XM) to deliver seamless customer experiences using tools like Adobe Experience Management (AEM) and Adobe Commerce. The Digital Product Owner will define the long-term vision, goals, and roadmap for the XM Platform, ensuring its integrity and continuous improvement. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with global stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, manage platform changes with vendor teams, and support change management through training and documentation. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background as a Digital or Technical Product Owner for digital experience platforms, coupled with knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and strong analytical and communication skills to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.

Required Skills

Education

Academic degree in business information science, computer science, business administration or similar

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience within business and/or IT roles in Tech, Pharma, Digital Agency or Consultancy services
  • Proven track record as Digital/Technical Product Owner for digital experience management systems/platform (Adobe or similar)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing asset creation and life cycle management processes in pharmaceutical industry (a plus)
  • Knowledge of Design Systems and Content Delivery Networks (a plus)
