This role involves providing essential onsite IT support to clients across the Berlin/Brandenburg region, focusing on the maintenance and configuration of hardware and software. The specialist will be responsible for setting up and configuring IT workstations, assisting with major IT rollouts and relocations, and providing installation and support for standard and specialized hardware, including desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology for conference rooms. Key duties also include managing IT equipment inventory, processing tickets, maintaining asset management records, and providing user training on new systems. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant IT qualification or demonstrable professional experience in IT support, coupled with strong knowledge of Microsoft products and standard hardware.
