Job Summary

This role involves planning and executing detailed component analyses, focusing specifically on technical cleanliness according to established test plans and specifications. Key day-to-day tasks include performing gravimetric and microscopic evaluations, generating comprehensive test reports, and defining qualified test specifications based on internal works standards and customer requirements. The Technical Assistant will also manage various extraction processes (spraying, rinsing, ultrasound) and be responsible for the routine operation, maintenance, and upkeep of sophisticated analysis devices. Candidates should possess relevant technical training (e.g., as a Chemical Technical Assistant or Materials Tester), initial experience in cleanliness testing (VDA 19/19.1), and strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
