Job Summary

This role involves the crucial task of ensuring technical cleanliness for components and assemblies within a future-oriented technology company. Day-to-day responsibilities include the preparation, planning, and execution of cleanliness tests, alongside the creation of qualified test specifications compliant with VDA 19/19.1 standards and specific customer requirements. The technician will perform various extraction processes, such as spraying, rinsing, and ultrasound, and conduct detailed analyses of particulate contamination using gravimetric and microscopic methods. A key function is the statistical processing, evaluation, and precise documentation of all measurement data. Candidates must possess a qualification as a physical-technical laboratory technician or equivalent, coupled with strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
