Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Software Quality Engineer to drive technological advancement by ensuring the highest standards of software quality for clients specializing in electrical and automation technology. The core responsibilities involve conducting detailed quality spot checks on configuration items created during the software development lifecycle. You will be instrumental in analyzing and continuously optimizing quality processes, templates, checklists, and workflows, while actively initiating and steering continuous improvement initiatives. A key aspect of the role is planning, managing, and tracking all software quality management activities, often utilizing tools like Jira. Furthermore, the engineer performs internal audits to ensure strict adherence to quality requirements, relevant norms (like ISO 9001 and ASPICE), and standards, culminating in the creation of comprehensive reports and documentation for quality assurance and audit preparation. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, fundamental knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), and practical auditing experience.
