Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking charge of the Quality Management System (QMS) within the process engineering domain, ensuring the highest standards of product conformity and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the QMS development, preparing and conducting crucial ISO 9001 audits, and performing detailed root cause analyses to address quality deviations with effective corrective measures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the leadership, development, and coaching of the dedicated quality team. Key qualifications include a degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Process Engineering, combined with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a quality-responsible position and deep expertise in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma.
