Job Summary

This role involves joining an experienced, passionate, and self-organized agile team responsible for developing and operating innovative, data-driven digital products and IoT services centered around the connected vehicle. The engineer will focus on fullstack development, contributing to cloud-native microservices for Mercedes-Benz business customers. Day-to-day tasks include developing and operating digital products, ensuring high quality through clean code and testing, maintaining architecture documentation, and collaborating with Product Managers and customers to refine requirements. The ideal candidate is a Fullstack Developer with a strong agile, cloud-native, and DevOps mindset, proficient in both backend development (Kotlin, Java, Python, Express, Node.js) and frontend development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React). Experience with scalable solutions using Spring Boot, Kafka, and Kubernetes, along with expertise in Azure deployments via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, is essential for success in this challenging and future-oriented position.
