This role seeks a skilled Development Engineer to drive the testing and function development for the critical AMG Domain Controller (ADC) in e-Drive systems. The core responsibility involves model-based development using tools like MATLAB/Simulink to implement specific Mercedes-AMG features. You will manage the entire software lifecycle, from initial design and implementation through verification and validation on SiL, HiL systems, and test vehicles. A key focus is ensuring quality and compliance by deriving test cases according to ASPICE standards and coordinating systematic software testing. Ideal candidates must hold a degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) and possess several years of professional experience in system engineering and software function development within the automotive environment. Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR standards and ASPICE processes is mandatory for success in this demanding, high-performance R&D setting, requiring assertiveness and strong analytical skills.
