Materials Tester | Werkstoffprüfer (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves executing comprehensive material analysis and testing procedures, primarily supporting a renowned client in the aerospace industry. The Materials Tester will be responsible for the full lifecycle of sample preparation, including grinding, polishing, and embedding samples using both cold and hot methods. Daily tasks include performing various tests such as adhesion testing, hardness testing, microhardness testing, and Overtemp Inspection. A critical component of the role is the microscopic evaluation and assessment of samples, as well as the independent documentation and entry of results into the relevant IT tool, such as “Schliffbuch.” Successful candidates must possess a formal qualification as a Materials Tester or equivalent, coupled with extended knowledge of the English language and basic familiarity with PC systems and SAP.
