Job Summary

This Senior Project Engineer role focuses on the comprehensive planning and project management of fire suppression systems, primarily sprinkler and gas extinguishing technology, for large-scale, complex high-tech and life science facilities, including cleanroom, production, and laboratory buildings. Day-to-day tasks involve executing planning phases according to HOAI standards, developing detailed suppression concepts, generating schematic drawings, and providing support to CAD constructors for 3D modeling implementation. A core responsibility is coordinating plans with all stakeholders, including authorities, experts, and clients. The role requires independent project execution, including cost estimation, preparing detailed specifications, evaluating bids, and ensuring quality and schedule adherence. Candidates must bring several years of experience in planning complex Technical Building Equipment (TGA) systems, expert knowledge of fire suppression standards, and proficiency in specialized software like AutoCAD and Revit.
