Job Summary

This Senior Project Engineer role focuses on the planning and execution of technical building services (TGA) for medium to large-scale high-tech and life science projects, including cleanroom, production, and laboratory facilities. A core responsibility is developing comprehensive fire suppression concepts, specializing in sprinkler and gas extinguishing systems. Day-to-day tasks involve creating schematic drawings, coordinating planning activities with authorities, experts, and clients, and ensuring adherence to quality and schedule standards. The candidate will independently manage projects, handle cost estimation and calculation, prepare technical specifications, and evaluate bids from contractors. Success in this role requires multi-year professional experience in complex TGA planning, excellent knowledge of fire suppression guidelines, and proficiency in CAD tools like AutoCAD and Revit, combined with fluent German communication skills.
