Job Summary

This leadership role involves maintaining the configuration management (CM) strategy specifically for EASA DOA compliance within a leading consulting firm. The Team Lead will oversee and ensure the accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), implement CM relevant data into the PLM System (Siemens Teamcenter), and manage data exchange with external partners using the DSG Data Exchange tool. A critical component of the role is leading a small team, mentoring colleagues on software tool usage, and ensuring all changes are managed through a defined change management process to minimize operational impact. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, possesses solid experience in configuration management, proven team leadership capabilities, and strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
