Job Summary

This role involves acting as a specialist consultant, focusing on enforcing recourse and warranty claims against suppliers within a high-tech industrial environment. Key daily activities include independently managing warranty claims, conducting complex negotiations with both suppliers and involved insurance companies, and processing detailed claim correspondence. You will be responsible for reviewing special recourse cases, aligning liability claims with technical departments, and coordinating cost settlements. Furthermore, you will provide essential legal support regarding quality agreements and standard recourse procedures, working closely with procurement, technology, legal, and after-sales teams. Success in this position requires a strong foundation in warranty and contract law, coupled with technical understanding of vehicles, drive batteries, and combustion engines.
