Job Summary

This role calls for an experienced Team Lead to establish and manage the Master Data Management (MDM) Operations team within Liebherr-International Deutschland GmbH. You will be instrumental in ensuring the provision of high-quality master data, adhering strictly to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and data quality objectives across the global organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating requirements from various data domains and Global Data Governance, optimizing existing MDM processes, and collaborating closely with IT to enhance the MDM Hub and associated tools. A key focus is establishing robust Service Level Support to efficiently handle user inquiries and drive continuous process improvement. To succeed, you must possess a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with several years of profound professional experience in MDM and Data Quality. Proven experience in team leadership and motivation is essential. The position requires excellent communication and coordination skills to manage international stakeholders and drive innovation.
