Job Summary

This role is focused on driving the energy transition by ensuring the safe and secure operation and expansion of a 36,000 km regional electricity distribution network. As a Project Employee, the System Control Engineer will collaborate on major corporate initiatives (e.g., eNET, AmpeRE) to develop and implement a future-proof grid control system. Daily tasks include standardizing system control processes, developing advanced applications for network calculation and future assistance systems—covering the entire lifecycle from user story definition and commissioning to colleague training. A key responsibility is the support and development of research projects aimed at innovative grid solutions. The ideal candidate holds an electrical engineering degree, preferably in energy technology, and brings interest or experience in system control and network calculations, contributing directly to a climate-friendly energy future.
