Job Summary

This role is for an In-house Service Technician within an expanding international medical technology company located in Bad Kissingen. The successful candidate will be responsible for the core technical support functions, including comprehensive fault analysis, maintenance, and repair of specialized medical devices. A significant part of the role involves direct customer interaction, providing essential service support via email, telephone, and remote maintenance systems. Furthermore, the technician will assist in training international specialist dealers on the company's product line.
