Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Field Service Technician to join an expanding, internationally active medical technology company based near Bad Kissingen, Germany. The primary responsibilities include diagnosing faults, performing maintenance, and executing repairs on complex medical devices. A significant part of the job involves providing comprehensive customer support via email, telephone, remote maintenance, and on-site visits. Additionally, the technician will assist in training international specialist dealers on product maintenance and operation. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in the electrical engineering field, strong customer orientation, and a willingness to travel extensively. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to support the international clientele.
