Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive maintenance and support for various print and copy systems, including MFP, fax, and printer models from UTAX, HP, and EPSON, directly at client sites. The technician will be responsible for handling technical customer complaints, documenting services, and assisting with network integration of printing systems. A key part of the job includes providing customer training on device usage and supporting sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess a technical or IT vocational background, strong mechanical and electromechanical skills, and foundational knowledge of network technology and IT server structures.
