Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Biological Quality Assurance team at Tetra, the global leader in aquatics, focusing on laboratory work related to fish feed, aquarium maintenance, and biofarm operations. The Biological-Technical Assistant will be responsible for skillfully conducting laboratory tests, preparing microbiological procedures for production control, and precisely documenting and evaluating results for finished feed and raw materials. A key aspect of the role is ensuring strict adherence to legal, occupational safety, and environmental protection regulations. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as a Biological-Technical Assistant or equivalent, possesses laboratory experience, ideally concerning fish feed, husbandry, and pathology, and is proficient in using laboratory software, SAP, and microscopy techniques.
