Job Summary

This role involves taking on the technical leadership and organization of a manufacturing team specializing in electrical assembly, specifically island wiring, for a climate technology company. The Production Master Electrician will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, meeting quality standards, and achieving production goals. Key daily activities include personnel and capacity planning, conducting performance reviews, qualifying and mentoring employees (including apprentices), and acting as the primary technical and organizational contact in the manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate possesses a Master Electrician qualification or equivalent, extensive experience in industrial manufacturing (preferably metal/electrical industry), and proven technical leadership skills.
