Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Specialist or Software Developer within the State Academy for Food, Agriculture, and Forestry (FüAk), focusing on application development for the payment office of the Bavarian State Ministry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation, modification, maintenance, and further development of software utilizing relational database management systems (PostgreSQL), Web Services, and messaging infrastructure. Key daily tasks include coordinating software and interface development across the entire software lifecycle, supporting the development process using tools like JIRA and Bitbucket, and performing quality assurance measures. Required qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical field, professional experience in application development, and excellent knowledge of Java and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
