Job Summary

This role is for a highly qualified Development Engineer focused on Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) lithography systems. The core responsibilities include the comprehensive planning, execution, and data evaluation of tests on high-performance laser systems. A significant part of the job involves modeling and simulation of optical system properties, utilizing tools such as Matlab and Python. The engineer will manage technical projects end-to-end, from initial concept development through to successful product introduction. Success requires close collaboration with production, service departments, and customers to address complex technical inquiries and develop effective solutions. The ideal candidate holds a Master's or PhD in a relevant engineering or science discipline and possesses practical expertise in optics, laser physics, and optical measurement technology. This position offers an unlimited contract, flexible working hours, and the chance to work in an international, interactive team environment, requiring confident communication in both German and English.
