Job Summary

This critical role involves leading projects for the conception, development, construction, and integration of automated production and customer test systems for advanced Radar, Electronic Warfare, and Avionics systems used in vehicles, aircraft, helicopters, and ships. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning schedules, managing costs, and ensuring technical specifications and economic goals are met. Key daily activities include defining required test system architecture, specifying hardware and software subsystems, managing internal customer interfaces, and overseeing subcontractors in close cooperation with procurement. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Communications Technology, combined with over three years of experience in metrology and professional experience developing test systems. Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this demanding, high-responsibility role within a major European aerospace manufacturer.
