Job Summary

This specialist role focuses on managing the critical DOORS database and acting as the primary contact for the EF Flight Control Station (FCS) Requirements Qualification Matrix (RQM) within Airbus Defence and Space. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering the DOORS database, implementing new baselines within Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and actively supporting Requirements-Based Engineering (RBE) concepts. The incumbent will be responsible for the continuous development and maintenance of the RQM tool, which involves managing change requests, updating tool requirements, and implementing DXL scripts, alongside performing necessary verification and validation. Furthermore, the role requires generating RQM coverage and results reports for FJT releases and managing configuration control documents. Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field and demonstrate strong knowledge of requirements management, system development processes, and configuration control.
