Job Summary

This role involves joining the FERCHAU team, working on exciting projects for leading automotive OEMs and suppliers, focusing on advancing vehicle technology. As a Prototype Commissioning Technician, you will be responsible for the full commissioning cycle of new prototypes, including the integration and calibration of necessary measurement technology. Daily tasks include the construction and installation of specialized test benches, actively supporting prototype testing phases, and performing comprehensive analysis and preparation of the resulting test data. A significant portion of the role involves hands-on workshop activities covering electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Successful candidates must possess a Technician or Master qualification in relevant disciplines such as Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, coupled with several years of professional experience specifically commissioning automotive prototypes. Expertise in measurement technology and hydraulics is essential, along with good proficiency in both German and English.
