Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT Systems Administrator to join a team focused on developing next-generation IT solutions for renowned providers. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the operation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of server hardware from major manufacturers like HPE, Lenovo, and Dell. The administrator will handle incident management (1st and 2nd level support), perform change management, and ensure operational documentation is accurate and up-to-date. A core task includes evaluating and installing new firmware releases, ensuring compatibility within the existing operating environment, and assisting in the internal test laboratory operations. Candidates must possess an IT degree or apprenticeship (or 5 years of relevant IT experience) and at least 3 years of specific experience managing server hardware and associated management tools. Knowledge of ITIL V3 or V4 is required, ideally certified. The position offers high planning security through an unlimited contract and flexible working hours.
