Job Summary

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for IT support across software, hardware, and media technology. Your daily responsibilities will include the installation, configuration, repair, and administration of PC hardware, software (including Microsoft Windows and Office), peripherals, printers, and mobile devices (iOS). You will also be responsible for implementing necessary technical changes, optimizing IT processes, and performing administrative tasks within the daily business operations. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or an equivalent qualification, paired with several years of professional experience in hardware and software support, including expertise in Active Directory and ticketing systems. Excellent German communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential for success in this challenging and rewarding position.
