Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician based in Dresden, supporting a client who operates innovative digital information points providing access to news and interactive city guides. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the flawless functionality of these systems through comprehensive technical support and quality assurance. Key daily tasks include the installation and configuration of operating systems, device-specific drivers, and applications, coupled with network configuration and software-related troubleshooting. You will also perform detailed hardware testing, final acceptance procedures, and contribute to the development of standardized work processes and quality assurance routines. Essential qualifications include a completed technical education, such as an IT System Electronics Technician degree, and a highly structured, precise, and goal-oriented work ethic.
