Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional providing essential 1st-level support for hardware and Microsoft standard software issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing incoming IT incidents via a ticketing system, performing detailed error analysis, and resolving problems remotely, by phone, or on-site, particularly within the Munich area. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of employee workstations, including installation, configuration, client management, and managing access rights. Key requirements include several years of experience as a PC or System Technician, formal IT vocational training, and strong familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and applications. Experience utilizing knowledge management systems (ideally Atlassian Confluence and Jira) and understanding ITIL processes are crucial for success. This permanent position requires a high degree of service orientation and structured documentation skills, contributing directly to the optimization of internal IT services.
