Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and continuously develop the core IT landscape, including servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and firewalls. Day-to-day responsibilities involve ensuring the stable, secure, and highly available operation of all systems, implementing robust security concepts, and maintaining compliance guidelines. You will provide essential 2nd and 3rd-level troubleshooting support and be responsible for comprehensive technical documentation using Atlassian Confluence. A key function is serving as the primary IT contact for internal departments, translating their business requirements into effective technical solutions and managing project tasks using Jira. Candidates must have a completed IT education or degree and several years of experience managing complex IT environments. Strong expertise in Microsoft Server technologies, IT networking, virtualization, and familiarity with ITIL processes are essential. This is a crucial position for proactively analyzing risks, suggesting improvements, and contributing to the strategic evolution of the company's IT infrastructure.
