Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Field Service Technician specializing in broadband and telecommunications infrastructure, primarily focusing on Vodafone's coaxial and fiber optic networks in the Detmold, Lage, and Lemgo regions. The primary responsibilities include the professional installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting (Entstörung) of customer systems and end devices according to strict guidelines and regulations. You will be responsible for the timely coordination and documentation of assigned orders, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key requirements include strong communication skills, a reliable and flexible work ethic, and proven ability to solve customer-oriented problems independently. Fluency in written and spoken German is mandatory, along with possession of a Class B driver's license for field work. This temporary, full-time position offers a competitive fixed monthly salary, a company car including a fuel card, and opportunities for further professional qualification.
