Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Field Service Technician specializing in broadband and telecommunications infrastructure, specifically focusing on coaxial and fiber optic technology within the Vodafone network (NE3 and NE4 levels). Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and troubleshooting of systems, commissioning customer terminal equipment, and identifying/resolving faults within the broadband cable network. The technician will also service and maintain active and passive network components, read technical network plans, and ensure timely, documented completion of all assignments. Key qualifications include a completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., Electrician or Telecommunications Technician) and a Class B driving license. Ideal candidates possess professional experience in broadband or communication technology, demonstrate reliability and a customer-friendly demeanor, and have good German language skills. This position offers a comprehensive equipment package, intensive training, and a structured, full-time temporary contract.
