Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT Support Technician focused on providing high-quality 2nd Level On-Site Support in Vettelschoß, Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the full lifecycle of support requests, including logging, prioritizing, and escalating issues using professional trouble-ticket systems. You will be responsible for the installation and configuration of essential hardware and software, including desktops, notebooks, and printers, and will actively participate in IT relocations, ensuring seamless setup and testing of new workstations. Collaboration within the team, knowledge transfer, and maintaining the knowledge database are also key duties. Success in this position requires a completed IT qualification, comprehensive practical experience in user support, and deep familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365, alongside ITIL process knowledge.
