Job Summary

This role is centered on providing high-quality 1st Level Client Support as an integral member of the onsite IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability and functionality of end-user devices and standard applications. Daily tasks involve receiving and processing incident reports, managing tickets within the documentation system, and performing installations, break/fix repairs, and comprehensive troubleshooting for end devices. The technician will specifically support standard software environments, including MS Office and current Windows operating systems (7-10). Key qualifications include a completed technical vocational education, initial professional experience in IT support and ticketing systems, and foundational knowledge of networking, servers, Active Directory, and MS Office 365. This position offers a stable, long-term assignment with above-tariff payment and a high potential for permanent employment within a leading global technology company.
