Job Summary

This role involves leading the stable, secure, and user-oriented digitalization of Human Resources (HR) processes for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The Team Lead will assume end-to-end (E2E) responsibility for all solutions, services, and strategic projects related to HR management business applications. Key responsibilities include the technical leadership of an interdisciplinary team following agile principles, as well as advising top management and internal/external stakeholders on strategic and operational digitalization measures. You will also represent the organization in project steering committees and negotiation forums. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics or HR Management, or comparable training combined with at least six years of professional experience in complex IT projects. Expertise in HR management processes, agile methodologies, and experience working with public sector clients are essential.
