Job Summary

This role is vital for maintaining stable and high-performing IT operations across a major university hospital, ensuring medical services run smoothly in operating theaters, wards, and laboratories. The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the full lifecycle management of client hardware and peripherals, including installation, configuration, and repair. Key daily tasks involve providing essential on-site and remote support for hardware and software issues, integrating new devices into the network infrastructure, and meticulously managing documentation, the internal ticketing system, and asset management. Successful candidates must have completed vocational training in IT System Integration and possess at least one year of relevant professional experience, coupled with fluent German skills and deep technical knowledge of MS Windows Clients and Apple operating systems (iOS/macOS).
