Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated Support and Complaint Manager to leverage their bioscience expertise within a dynamic MedTech environment in Dresden. The core responsibilities involve providing expert technical support and consultation to customers regarding proprietary test services and fluidlab devices. A significant focus is placed on comprehensive complaint management, including leading investigations, identifying root causes, implementing corrective measures, and coordinating logistics like replacements and recalls with various stakeholders (R&D, Lab, and Sales). The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory. This position offers the chance to build deep technical understanding of innovative diagnostic technology while ensuring a smooth customer experience and contributing to documentation development, operating in a full-time capacity with flexible work options.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field. Master's degree is advantageous.
Experience
- Professional experience in customer support and complaint management
- Practical experience in the Life Science or In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry (beneficial)
- Knowledge or experience in Cell Analysis or Microscopy (beneficial)
- Experience in technical support, product management, or product development (beneficial)
