Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Lean Manufacturing Specialist to drive operational excellence across international production environments. The core responsibilities involve analyzing global value streams and production key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. You will be responsible for developing detailed value stream designs, creating realization roadmaps, and leading projects to implement these improvements. A major focus is reducing lead times and inventory by deploying core Lean methodologies like 5S, SMED (especially for setup processes), and Kanban. The specialist will also support local teams by moderating workshops and providing training to ensure stable material and information flow. You will act as a key interface, coordinating optimization efforts across the supply chain, including production, logistics, and quality assurance. Success requires a technical degree, deep expertise in Lean methods, and excellent communication skills in both German and English, coupled with an analytical, structured, and hands-on approach.
