Team Manager, Cybersecurity | Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This critical role involves the technical and disciplinary leadership of a Cybersecurity team focused on Pentesting, Software Quality, RED-Security-Tests, and Escrow services within TÜV SÜD. The manager is responsible for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, deadlines, utilization, and margin. A major focus is ensuring Delivery Excellence by guaranteeing compliance with regulatory and industry standards, including ETSI EN 303 645, IEC 62443, and ISO 27001/TISAX, and maintaining audit-proof documentation. Strategically, the manager will operationalize NIS2/CRA readiness, manage security policies, and secure necessary accreditations. Day-to-day activities include building and standardizing new services (e.g., Secure SDLC, Threat Modeling), developing key accounts, managing proposals, and actively engaging in team enablement through hiring, coaching, and performance reviews. This position requires strong stakeholder management and expertise in audit frameworks to drive growth and security assurance.
