Job Summary

This role requires an engaged Electrical or Civil Engineer to manage complex High and Extra High Voltage overhead transmission line construction projects for one of Germany's largest distribution network operators. Day-to-day responsibilities involve steering projects from the initial planning phase, including technical analyses and feasibility studies, through construction, commissioning, and final documentation. You will be responsible for creating detailed work programs and project schedules using MS Project, coordinating workflows, and ensuring strict adherence to cost, quality, timeline, and occupational safety standards. A key aspect of the role is stakeholder management, requiring close coordination with public authorities and associations regarding regulatory approval procedures. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management qualifications and a structured, objective approach to problem-solving, even when facing resistance.
