Job Summary

This is a pivotal leadership position where the incumbent will assume technical leadership responsibility for the largest business unit of an internationally active industrial company specializing in sophisticated chemical-technical solutions. Reporting directly to the COO, the Technical Director will focus on the strategic and operational advancement of Production and Research & Development (R&D) areas. Key responsibilities include securing market leadership in existing product segments and driving innovation, technical excellence, and speed in new segments to achieve growth. The role requires close collaboration across departments, including Sales, Procurement, and Quality, ensuring effective cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will foster a high-performance, innovation-driven team culture as the foundation for sustainable success, leveraging their background in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and extensive leadership experience to drive targeted change processes nationally and internationally.
