Job Summary

This is a pivotal technical leadership role reporting directly to the COO of an international, privately-owned industrial company specializing in complex chemical-technical solutions. The successful candidate will assume technical leadership for the largest business unit, focusing heavily on Production and Research & Development. Day-to-day, you will drive the strategic and operational development of the business unit, ensure market leadership in existing segments through technical excellence and speed, and implement the technical aspects of the global growth strategy. You will also be responsible for fostering a high-performance, innovation-driven team culture. Key requirements include a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and substantial professional and leadership experience in a technical-chemical environment, including successfully scaling products and managing R&D/Production areas.
