Job Summary

This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for the EF FCS Requirements Qualification Matrix (RQM) DOORS Database, supporting the Flying Join Team (FJT) at Airbus Defence and Space. The specialist will focus on improving the RQM process, ensuring precise capture of requirements, traceability of design requirements, and qualification results. Key daily tasks include performing change and configuration control of the DOORS Database, generating configuration status reports, and developing and maintaining the RQM Tool using Rational DOORS Extension Language (dxl) and C++. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, over three years of professional experience in Computer Science, and mandatory skills in Requirement Engineering, Configuration Control, and DOORS Database management. Fluency in both English and German is a prerequisite for this permanent position.
