Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position as a Rollout Technician involves executing essential IT infrastructure services, primarily focusing on Installation, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) tasks within client systems and data centers. The successful candidate will independently set up, dismantle, and reconfigure client systems, including PCs, notebooks, and printers, performing basic configuration and installation. A key part of the role is documenting all completed assignments using specified tools and managing tasks via a ticket system (Inventox). This role is attractive due to an intensive onboarding process, attractive salary, and above-average vacation entitlement. The position requires high flexibility, significant willingness to travel across Southern Germany (including overnight stays), and mandatory possession of a Class B driving license and a SÜ2 security clearance.
