Job Summary

This role requires an expert IT professional to lead highly complex, interdisciplinary projects focused on Robotics and Generative AI within the rail sector. The consultant will drive innovation projects from initial concept through market entry, including Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). A core responsibility is technical consulting for clients regarding AI and Robotics solutions, requiring the creation and presentation of detailed concepts, prototypes, and robust business plans. Success in this position demands a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related MINT field, coupled with multi-year experience in Business Development, Product Development, or Technology Transfer. The ideal candidate must be proficient in areas like Industrial Robotics, Large Language Models, or Autonomous Systems, possess strong project acquisition skills, and be able to ensure project delivery is on time, in cost, and in quality, contributing directly to the planned revenue targets.
