This role involves guiding innovative R&D developments from the initial concept through to securing protective rights within the Intellectual Property department of a leading specialty adhesive manufacturer. Key daily tasks include preparing internal patent applications and coordinating their submission with external law firms. The Patent Engineer will actively monitor patent data to identify the newest market trends and opportunities in the IP landscape for DELO, offering crucial advice on industrial property rights and proactively ensuring IP needs are met. Candidates must possess a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, initial experience in patent law, and expertise in patent research methodologies like Freedom-to-Operate analysis. Required Skills

Education
