Job Summary

This role is for a Java Developer focused on the conception, new development, and enhancement of sophisticated, Java-based web applications for public administration clients, contributing significantly to digitalization, IT security, and accessibility initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently managing smaller projects, conceptualizing new applications within complex system landscapes, and supporting Product Owners and Project Managers with requirements analysis. The ideal candidate brings a completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional training, coupled with profound knowledge of object-oriented software development. Required technical familiarity includes technologies like REST, JPA, JSF, database management (SQL, MariaDB, MSSQL), and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. The position operates in an exciting, agile environment, offering flexibility with hybrid or remote work options and the possibility of full-time (40h) or part-time (minimum 32h) schedules.
