Job Summary

This role involves leading the conception and implementation of sophisticated TYPO3 projects for clients primarily in the education, research, and culture sectors. As a Senior Developer, you will collaborate within a cross-functional team (Frontend, Backend, DevOps) utilizing agile principles, focusing on short sprints to develop, present, and deploy new features. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, implementing solutions as a lead or pair programmer, and ensuring code quality through unit and functional testing. You are expected to actively contribute to technical reviews, team retrospectives, and knowledge transfer sessions (DevDays), helping to shape the development environment. The position is attractive due to its collegial atmosphere, focus on modern architectures (like Domain-Driven Design), and significant flexibility regarding work structure, offering both hybrid/remote options and full-time or part-time schedules (minimum 32 hours/week).
