Job Summary

This role is centered on managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure for a rapidly growing, international corporate group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the independent administration of Windows Clients and the corporate user management systems. Day-to-day activities involve performing self-reliant fault analysis and subsequent troubleshooting in both hardware and software environments, installing and configuring new IT systems based on internal standards, and acting as the first point of contact for internal support inquiries. A key component of the job is continuous collaboration within the IT department to develop technical standards and documentation. Essential qualifications include a relevant degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or vocational training as an IT Specialist, along with initial professional experience in Windows IT infrastructure. Candidates must demonstrate fluent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
